Student Care x Gym Program at Punggol and Tampines
We are excited to announce our collaboration to launch student care program with My Gym Children’s Fitness Centre located at Punggol Oasis Terrace and Tampines. Daily gym play or classes are included in this special collaboration. Book an appointment with us to visit our centres!
Gym program comprises of :
- Relay activities
- Gymnastics skills working on hanging, balancing, tumbling and agility
- Sport skills rotation. Eg. Volley ball, basketball, hockey, tennis, etc
- Team games to strengthen communication and team work
